This Act contains a range of employment provisions concerning employment agencies, the minimum wage and compensation for financial loss in cases of unlawful underpayment or non-payment. In relation to the Industrial Court section 3 of the Act amends the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 to update arrangements for Industrial Court appointments, allowing for processes to be specified in subordinate legislation.
