Employee Involvement

The following three separate sets of Regulations all contain requirements in relation to employee involvement and provide for the Industrial Court to determine applications and complaints arising from those requirements:

1. the European Cooperative Society (involvement of Employees) Regulations 2006
2. the Companies (Cross Border Mergers) Regulations 2007
3. the European Public Limited-Liability Company (Employee Involvement) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2009
